Health services for Nokomis, Govan, and Strasbourg are delivered through a hub and spoke rural care model led by the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA), with local primary care, longterm care, and community based services supported by regional centres for acute and specialized care.

Health Centres
The Nokomis Health Centre is a Saskatchewan Health Authority facility providing primary care and continuing care services. The facility includes a physician clinic, home care, mental health supports, public health nursing, and physiotherapy, as well as laboratory and diagnostic services available by appointment. The Health Centre also operates a long term care home with beds for longterm residents, respite, palliative, and convalescent care. 

Additional services available locally or through outreach include dietitian services, occupational therapy, addictions counselling, child and youth mental health supports, Meals on Wheels, and home care services serving Nokomis and the surrounding area, including Govan. 

The Strasbourg & District Health Centre is a Saskatchewan Health Authority facility offering primary care services, including physician services, nurse practitioner care, public health, mental health supports, and laboratory services. The Health Centre acts as a key healthcare hub for Strasbourg and nearby communities. 

Long Term and Seniors Care
Strasbourg also hosts the Last Mountain Pioneer Home, a Saskatchewan Health Authority operated long term care facility providing 24hour nursing care, respite services, meals, recreation, and community supports for seniors. This facility serves residents from across the Last Mountain Corridor .

Emergency Medical Services
Emergency medical response is supported through regional EMS services, with ambulance transport to larger centres as required. 

For hospital based acute care, surgery, and specialized services, residents of Nokomis, Govan, and Strasbourg access regional hospitals and specialist clinics in larger centres such as Saskatoon and Regina, supported by referral pathways through the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Virtual care, telehealth, and provincial programs help reduce travel barriers for rural residents.
